1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The refund request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID and invoice).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Custom or personalized products, including printed t-shirts and customized gifts, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Change of mind or customer error in custom input or order details.
  • Clearance or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@soloprint.in with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Product Name(s)
  • Reason for refund
  • Clear photos showing any defects/damages (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


4. Refund Method

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions via email.
  • In most cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order is considered final.
