1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Custom-printed items (like t-shirts or NFC business cards) may take an additional 2–4 business days depending on design approval and volume.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted logistics providers across India to ensure timely delivery:

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather, festivals, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
- Free Shipping may be offered on special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the website).
- COD Orders: Additional fees may apply for Cash on Delivery (if available).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking ID and link so you can follow your shipment in real time.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 working days, contact us at info@soloprint.in.
5. Delays or Issues
We strive for timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete/incorrect address
- Remote or restricted areas
- Courier issues or natural events
Please notify us immediately if your order is delayed beyond 10 days.
6. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.
7. International Shipping
Currently, SoloPrint.in ships only within India. We are working to add international delivery options in the future.
